Palestinian Red Crescent: Incoming aid does not meet 10 per cent of the needs
Palestinian Red Crescent stated that 4,367 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid had entered the Gaza Strip since 21 October, but that this aid did not meet 10 per cent of the needs.

 Statement made by the Palestinian Red Crescent, "From 21 October to 16 December, 4,367 trucks entered the Rafah border crossing and 60 percent of the aid was sent to the Palestinian Red Crescent. Of these trucks, 49 per cent were foodstuffs, 11.7 per cent medical supplies, 20.3 per cent relief supplies (blankets, clothes, etc.) and 19 per cent water. The aid received does not even meet 10 per cent of the needs".
