The Russian Defence Ministry made the following statements in today's statement;
"An agreement on the complete cessation of hostilities was reached between the Azerbaijani side and representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh with the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping command. The implementation of these agreements will be carried out in coordination with the Russian peacekeeping command."
