BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 2. There is no progress in the negotiations regarding the supply of food cargo by Azerbaijan to the Armenian residents in Khankendi city, by the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, Jeyhun Mirzoev said, Trend reports.
He said that a convoy with flour has been waiting on the Aghdam-Khankendi road for five days.
