Azerbaijan, in line with the UN Security Council resolutions, supports resolving the Israel-Palestine conflict based on the principles of a two-state solution, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a briefing following a trilateral meeting between Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan in Ankara, Trend reports.
Bayramov emphasized that Azerbaijan will continue its diplomatic efforts towards this goal.
Regarding the situation in Syria, the minister highlighted Türkiye's crucial role in light of recent developments.
"The key task is to restore peace and stability, as well as to rebuild the country. In the near future, positive changes in Syria will become one of the new platforms for cooperation, with active involvement from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan," Bayramov said.
