Water and irrigation tanks of the neighbourhood were emptied to reach Berzeg; no results were obtained

The search for Korhan Berzeg (83), a retired economist from the World Bank, who was not heard from after leaving his summer house in Gönen district of Balıkesir on 17 June with his Doberman dog named Tina, has been going on for 90 days. In the search efforts, which were accelerated again after Tina's return after 74 days when hopes were exhausted, security officers, who determined the licence plates of 30 vehicles passing through the village before and after the day Tina was found, did not get any results from the drivers they questioned. The teams emptied 2 tanks supplying the drinking water of the village and 1 tank used for irrigation and did not find any trace of Berzeg.
