President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan departed from Esenboğa Airport to India at around 11.00 am with the 'TRK' aircraft to attend the G20 Leaders Summit. Erdoğan was seen off by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Ankara Deputy Governor Abdullah Dölek and officials.
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Director of National Intelligence İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, Chief Advisor to the President Ambassador Akif Çağatay Kılıç and some officials accompanied Erdoğan on his trip to India. At the summit to be attended by Erdoğan, the leaders of the world's 20 largest economies will come together in India on 9-10 September. President Erdoğan will meet face to face with the world leader at the summit. The 2-day G20 Leaders Summit will be hosted by New Delhi, the capital of India.
