Dozens of Coursera courses to be dubbed into Azerbaijani language

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. A total of 20 courses on Coursera will be duplicated in Azerbaijani via DeepFake technology, the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Fariz Jafarov said at the first Eurasian Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science held at ADA University in Azerbaijan today, Trend reports.

"Using artificial intelligence, we are translating 2,500 courses into Azerbaijani. This will ensure access to this program for everyone interested," he also said.

According to him, next year, 200,000 citizens of Azerbaijan will have free access to Coursera courses, including programs from Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton, Oxford, and several other universities.

To note, the forum, organized for the first time in Azerbaijan, features professors from well-known universities across eight countries.

The event aims to discuss innovative ideas in the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.

The forum has gathered leading scientists from around the world, as well as experts specializing in artificial intelligence theory, the development of new methods, and the application of data science in areas such as medicine, cybersecurity, sports, and agriculture.

The Eurasian Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is taking place on October 17-19.
