Club President Haldun Bayrak (60) stated that he kept the club survive by taking loans from the bank, and added, "With football we have achieved that girls can play football and prevent them from getting married at an early age by realizing their dreams of university."

Haldun Bayrak founded the Mus Yagmur Spor Women's Football Team in 2013 with limited resources to prevent young girls from getting married at an early age in the region. Bayrak, which brought its first athletes to the team, has so far enabled 48 athletes to apply to various sports branches in universities. The team, which has 28 players, became the champion in the 19th group of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Women's 3rd League and secured the Play-off. The team is now preparing for the 2nd league.

Stating that they have accomplished and continue to do great things in the Women's Football Team, which he founded with great dreams, Bayrak said, "Thanks to the Yagmur Spor Women's Football Team, many of our young girls wore uniforms instead of wedding gowns and went to the stadium instead of the wedding hall. Yagmur Sports As the Women's Football Team, we became the champion of the 19th group of the Turkish Women's 3rd League. We have the play-off matches ahead of us. God willing, we will be champions there too and go to the second league, which is our goal."
