The renewed sponsorship agreement between Misli Azerbaijan (Misli.az) and Azerbaijan Professional Football League (PFL) was signed in Baku today between Osman Karakuş, Chairman of the Board of Azerlotereya, and Elxan Semedov, President of PFL.

WILL CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PLAYERS

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Yıldırım Demirören, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Demirören Holding, said: "I sincerely believe that this important cooperation with the Azerbaijan Professional Football League will continue successfully and will contribute positively to the training of talented young players for Azerbaijan and regional football. In this context, I would like to state that we will follow the Misli Premier League, which will start in two days, with excitement this year and that we will be proud to be a partner in the success and joy of all clubs."

The signing ceremony was attended by Yıldırım Demirören as well as the President of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) Rövneq Abdullayev. With the agreement, the Azerbaijan Premier League will continue to be played under the name 'Misli Premier League' in the 2023-24 season. Osman Karakuş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerlotereya, made the following statements to the press about the sponsorship agreement;

"As Misli brand, supporting the development of sports was one of our most important issues since the first day we started our activities, as Mr Yıldırım, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said. This co-operation we started last year has yielded very positive results."
